1. Agreement and operator
These Terms govern this website, member portal, church review, pastoral requests, event participation and donations operated by रिस्टोरेशन मूवमेंट ("we", "us" or "the ministry"). By using an account, submitting family information or making a donation, you agree to these Terms and the linked Privacy, Disclaimer and Cookie Policies.
The website name is not proof of a trust, society, Section 8 company, tax exemption, 12AB/80G approval or FCRA registration. Verified legal particulars should be published here when available.
2. Eligibility and member accounts
- The primary account holder must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current information.
- You are responsible for your password, account activity and promptly reporting suspected misuse.
- One account may include family members. You confirm that you are authorized to provide their details and photographs. For a child, you confirm that you are the parent or lawful guardian, or have verifiable authority from one.
- Registration is an application for church review, not an automatic right to membership, ministry office, event access or pastoral service. We may request corrections, approve, reject, suspend or close an account for safety, legal, doctrinal, administrative or integrity reasons.
- You must not impersonate another person, submit unlawful or misleading material, interfere with security, scrape member information or use the portal to harass or exploit anyone.
3. Donations, payments and refunds
- Donations are voluntary gifts for the ministry's lawful religious and charitable activities. A donation does not buy membership, spiritual benefit, preferential pastoral treatment or a service.
- Online payments are processed by Razorpay and participating banks, UPI apps or card networks. Their terms, privacy notices, limits, authentication and failure handling also apply. We do not collect your UPI PIN, card number, CVV or banking password.
- The amount, donor, church selection and transaction summary are shown before checkout. A donation is confirmed only after valid payment verification. A created order or debit message alone is not our confirmation.
- Completed donations are ordinarily non-refundable because funds may be committed to ministry purposes. We may consider a written request for a duplicate payment, demonstrable processing error, unauthorized transaction reported promptly, or other exceptional circumstance. Requests should include the receipt and payment reference and be sent to contact@restorationmovement.org within 7 days. Approval remains subject to verification, applicable law and funds not already irreversibly applied.
- Failed or reversed transactions are handled through Razorpay and the relevant bank/payment provider. Approved refunds will ordinarily return to the original payment method and banking timelines apply.
- No tax deduction is promised. An acknowledgement or portal receipt is not an 80G certificate. Claim a deduction only if we expressly issue a legally valid receipt backed by a current approval and you independently satisfy tax-law requirements.
- Do not use this online flow for a foreign contribution. A contribution from a foreign citizen/source, including an OCI/PIO holder with foreign nationality, may be accepted only after we verify valid FCRA registration or prior permission and the required designated banking route. An NRI who remains an Indian citizen may be asked for passport/citizenship evidence.
- We may refuse, reverse or hold a donation where required for fraud prevention, sanctions, KYC/AML checks, FCRA compliance, payment disputes or other legal obligations.
4. Pastoral, event and website services
Prayer requests and pastoral communications are handled with care but are not emergency, medical, psychiatric, legal, financial or safeguarding services. Event capacity, eligibility, schedules and attachments may change. Use website material lawfully and do not reproduce ministry branding, photographs or content without permission.
5. Liability, suspension and governing law
To the extent permitted by Indian law, the website is provided on an "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect loss, third-party payment/network failures, unauthorized account use caused by your acts, or reliance on non-professional pastoral or website content. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may suspend features for security, maintenance or legal compliance and may update these Terms prospectively. Indian law governs these Terms. Courts with lawful jurisdiction where the ministry's verified principal office is located will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer or other statutory rights.
